We offer full refunds on all full priced items

Australian returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items received outside this date will not be accepted.

International returns are accepted within 24 days from the date of purchase. Items received outside this date will not be accepted.

For all items returned or exchanged it is at the customers expense to pay for shipping back to us. We will ship the new item at our expense.

All items must be in original condition and tags attached (any item that has been worn, washed, damaged or altered can not be returned)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods are faulty.

SALE ITEMS 

All Final Sale Items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Any Final Sale Items, which are returned, will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.

If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team at info@saltyseaweedshop.com and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.

Please note: The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Salty Seaweed will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

All final sale items are final, so please choose carefully.

  1. REPLACEMENT ITEM

If there is a price difference between the item purchased and the one you wish to exchange, we will offer you a store gift voucher for the remaining amount if your replacement item is less of value. If the replacement item is more then your originally purchase, then we will ask for your credit or debit card, or request the amount from your PayPal account to cover it.

Once a return for refund has been received you will be refunded the price of the item to your credit card or PayPal account within 3-5 business days of the item being received by Salty Seaweed. Please note all postage for returned items will not be refunded.

CREDIT NOTES

Please allow up to 7 days for credit notes to be processed.

You will receive email confirmation stating that your credit note has been processed.

You will be credited the dollar value of the item returned, excluding any shipping charges.

Credit notes are effective from the date of issue and valid for 6 months

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

While we do our best to ensure everything we send to our valued customers is in immaculate condition, in the event that you receive an item from us which you believe is faulty, or a manufacturing defect, please email us as soon as possible.

Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
We will always endeavor to repair or replace your item.  If we are unable to do this, we will offer you a full refund.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE TO BE PROCESSED? 

Once we receive your item, we refund you; please allow for up to 3-5 days business days for the payment to appear back in your account.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE IF I RETURN MY ITEM?
