Salty Seaweed is an Ethical Company that makes sure all their employees have clean working environments, health care opportunities and fair wages. Salty Seaweed takes car of each employee and knows all garments are made with care and to a high ethical standard.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Shopping online by ordering from SALTY SEAWEED is an easy and fun Experience. When viewing an item, simply select your size and quantity needed and then click “ADD TO CART.’ You can view what’s in your cart at any time by clicking the “My CART” icon in the top right corner of every page. Once you have reviewed the items in your shopping cart, you can either continue shopping or continue to checkout and place your order.
HOW DO I CHECK OUT?
Once you have your desired items in your cart, simply click the ‘Check Out’ button. You will then be prompted to either sign in to your account or to create an account. Next, choose your preferred shipping method and enter any discount codes or credit vouchers that you may want to use. Finally, you will be directed to complete payment. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!

Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard. And PayPal is included too.
IVE JUST PAID FOR MY ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once you have placed and paid for your order you will receive an email confirming your order has been completed and a second email once your order has been dispatched.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Express orders within Australia should arrive within 1-2 business days. For international orders, please allow between 2 to 10 business days for your order to be delivered. The time it takes for these orders to arrive varies depending on your location, and how quick your local postal service is. If you’d like more details on when you can expect your order, submit a request with our team at email@example.com you’ll receive a confirmation of shipping email within a few days after your order. DOES SALTY SEAWEED COVER CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES?
Salty Seaweed is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. I DIDN’T RECIEVE MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Please check all junk folders in your inbox and spam folders as they can frequently be hiding in there. If you still can’t find your confirmation email, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
WILL I NEED TO BE HOME FOR MY DELIVERY?
It is preferred you are home for your delivery as we use a signature on arrival process on all Australian orders. We use Express Shipping With Signature and Tracking via Australia Post. If you are not home a card from your local post office will be left at your door for you to pick up your delivery at a more convenient time.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will also receive your tracking details direct to your inbox once your item has been shipped.
HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU’VE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
With every purchase made we will send you a confirmation email. If you did not receive an email, please check your all junk folders. If you still can’t find your confirmation email, please email us at email@example.com
WHAT CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?
All Australian and New Zealand customers will have prices displayed and charged in AUD. All International customers have the option to change the Currency to suit them. This figure is then converted by your cardholder to your local currency and may be subject to a conversion fee, depending on the policy of your cardholder.
WHAT IF MY PAYMENT IS DECLINED?
If your payment is declined, it’s a decision made by your cardholder. It could be due to an incorrect card number, expiry date, or account balance. Please get in touch with your bank to find out what happened. Alternatively, you can pay via PayPal.
THE SIZE ISN’T RIGHT. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Hell yes! We want to make online shopping as easy as possible. To exchange your item, please return your item to us. Please refer to our Returns Page for Information. In the meantime can make another purchase on www.saltyseaweedshop.com

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We work fast, so please get in touch ASAP if you would like to cancel your order and we will be able to cancel and refund the amount if your item hasn’t been shipped yet.
THERE WAS AN ERROR IN MY ORDER?
If you’ve made an error, please submit a request to firstname.lastname@example.org and detail the specific changes that need to be made.
We work fast so it’s possible that your order will be posted before we can request the change in address. If it’s returned to us, we’ll send you out a new order. We will try to rectify the issue immediately.
I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE A PRODUCT WITH MY ORDER?
We a pretty quick at processing and packing your order, so please get in touch ASAP and we may be able to amend your order if it hasn’t been processed and packed yet.
DO YOU OFFER ONLINE LAYBY?
Unfortunately, we do not offer online layby. We are always happy to help you. Please shoot us an email.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
It’s easy! Please fill out the returns form sent to you in your parcel as well as emailing us at email@example.com to communicate your request. Without this information, your refund may be significantly delayed. Please refer to our Returns Page for more information.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE IF I RETURN MY ITEM?
Yes, you will have to cover the postage cost to return any garments to us. Exceptions will be granted if Salty Seaweed is at fault, for example for any faulty garments or dispatch errors. This will need to be negotiated through our Customer Care. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

We restock items depending upon the demand, we can’t always guarantee whether we’ll restock our items, so it’s best to email us to find out when we’ll place another order.

A Pre Order means the item is currently out of stock but arrive back in stock within a certain time frame. The estimated date of delivery will be displaced under the description of the pre-order product.
